All items are sold 'off the rack' in 'as is' condition. As such refunds, returns or exchanges are not permitted.  

All information obtained by Bluebird Bridal through any channel or media is obtain for the purpose of performing our service.  The information collected enables us to personalise the service we provide to assist you in either selling or buying a gown or item.  This information will not be disclosed to any third parties unless the use or disclosure has been consented by you, unless it is necessary to reduce or prevent a threat to individual or public safety.
